Welcome to a new mini series on WWW all about bridesmaids.

Your favourite girl (or guy) friends and loved ones can be a large part of your wedding day. Which is why I feel it is an important topic to help you all with, especially if you are in the beginnings of your wedding planning. Today I am focusing on the fashion. With the beginning of new collections hitting the shops ready for Spring/Summer, now is the time to start browsing.

Colour is a good way to start your planning and today we are looking at red. Red is decadent, rich and romantic, a perfect tone for your wedding day, and flattering on many a skin tone. Whether you go for a pretty coral colour or a deep burgundy there is something to suit everyone.

Here are some of my favourite rouge bridesmaid looks to give you an idea of how your maids could look at your wedding.

Get The Look

If you are loving the idea of having your bridesmaids in red then take a look below. I have found 4 of my favourite red dresses on the high street right now >>

Red Highstreet Bridesmaid Dresses

| £199 from Boden |£55 from Topshop |£125 from Coast | £45 from ASOS |

I have gone for dresses with simple silhouettes and plain fabric. But don’t be shy to give your maids mismatched looks, with patterns of different shades. Or have a go at making the dresses yourself.
